Job Description:

We are looking for individuals with technical project management experience to plan and organise various projects, including embedded software, Web services, and developer tools. The successful candidate will join a diverse team working from Espressif office in Brno, Czech Republic, and other locationss around the world.

Responsiblities:

1. Interact with the Project Manager/Software Director/Dev team to organize the various tasks needed to initiate, run and conclude projects.

2. Maintaining and monitoring project requirements, plans, and schedules.

3. Organising, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.

4. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

5. Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.

6. Ensuring project deadlines are met.

7. Determining project changes.

8. Providing administrative support as needed.

Job Prerequisites:

1. Excellent oral and written English skills.

2. Minimum 3 years experience in a customer service environment or project support experience or/and 1 year of experience with project management.
